Area81Racing's Tim Pierce earned second place finishes on Saturday and Sunday in his first campaign at Roebling Road in the FB 18 car. A tough break at the start of the Saturday race allowed several competitors to pass going in to turn one. Tim would then claw his way back to second and was closing in quickly on the leader as time expired. He would ultimately finish second overall and repeatedly posted personal best lap times. Tim also gained several positions during the race on Sunday to finish 2nd in class and 3rd overall.
