Richard Franklin - F1000 Car #81
		Richard became interested in motorsports at an early age when his father took him to a modified dirt oval race. After watching the professionals in NASCAR, INDYCAR and FORMULA 1 from the sidelines, Richard joined the Sports Car Club of America in 2003. He quickly developed keen driving skills and 2005, 2006 and 2007 Cape Fear Chapter Solo Series Championships were a result. After obtaining a SCCA Road Racing license in February 2008, Richard has excelled in competition in SCCA Club Racing, Hill Climbs, Time Trials and Solo events.

Tim Pierce - F1000 Car #18
		Speed has always been a passion for Tim. That passion began in his father’s garage helping to restore early model Corvettes and Camaros. It was very evident whether he was driving dirt bikes on the farm, jet skis on the lake, or a number of sports cars and motorcycles. Looking for a safe, legal option, Tim joined the SCCA in 2004 with an eye on Autocross. He earned two Cape Fear Chapter Solo Series Championships in 2005 and 2006 while planting the seeds to a now budding road racing obsession. Since earning a competition license in February 2008, he has quickly developed into a formidable competitor in SCCA Road Racing.
